Nice candle, arrived fast
I ordered a 'Montauk' Escapist candle after seeing an ad. It smells really good, very fresh. Shipping was pretty quick, got it in about 4 days. It was packed well, no issues. I like the simple design of the jar too. Would probably get another one.
Consistent quality, a favorite
This was my third order from Brooklyn Candle Studio, and once again, they delivered. I got a 'Maui' Escapist candle this time, along with a new wick trimmer. Their scents are consistently lovely and natural-smelling, never artificial. My previous orders, a 'Santorini' candle and a reed diffuser, were also great. Shipping usually takes about 5-6 days to my address in California, which is fine. I keep coming back because their products are reliable, and the candles burn evenly without tunneling. The packaging is always secure, which is something I value after getting broken candles from other places. It's nice to know what to expect.

Good scents, some shipping issues
I bought an Escapist Collection candle in 'Santa Fe' and a Minimalist Collection one in 'Fern + Moss'. Both scents are really pleasant and fill the room nicely without being overpowering. The soy wax burns clean, which I appreciate. My order arrived in 6 days, which was okay, but one of the glass jars had a small chip on the rim. It wasn't major enough to return, but it was a bit disappointing for a brand that focuses on quality. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about burn times, so that was a plus. Overall, good products, just wish packaging was a little more robust for transit.
